APG was engaged by a large regional medical center to support executive leadership in developing the business plan for a new comprehensive Cancer Center program ($50M+ investment) for review and approval by its national corporate parent. Key deliverables included:

  • Net Present Value (NPV), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) scenario analysis and automated management decision criteria
  • Volume and Unit of Service (UOS) activity-based costing
  • Service line and division level forecasting
