New Business Implementation

APG was engaged by one of the nation’s largest specialty provider network companies to support the planning and implementation of a new Managed Care business.  APGs role included:

  • Development of the overall project plan
  • Leading the selection process for a new operating and claims system
  • Facilitating the hiring of over 30 staff and Operational readiness support including coordination of the facility move,  policy and procedure development, and staff on-boarding and training
  • Key performance indicator development and Board and Executive leadership reporting.

During the go-live process, APG leadership was asked to serve as an outsourced Operations Officer role to ensure alignment from the corporate executive team and the various third-party vendors that were integrated during the project. The successful implementation resulted in a new revenue channel for the client and over $50M in annual claims processing.
